When choosing place to stay st Vienna definitely take this apartment under consideration. Rcommend this place for its exceptional localization and great restaurant plaza near water nearby.

A minor note, bathroom should be renovated.

clean, spacious and comfortable

one coffee maker was broken and needed pods anyway. The sensor light for the bathroom was handy when getting up in the night but not handy when it turned off when you're in the middle of a shower. Location wasn't great but not too terrible

Ok for a quick stay and not so far away from the city center.

Horrible communication. No one picked up the phone at provided number. We came late and the doorbell did not work, so we couldn’t get in and had to stay on the street until a helpful neighbor opened the door. Needless to say, we called the property and they never answered, which is really bad since we couldn’t enter the building. Would not recommend at all.

What would you highlight about Central Apartments Vienna Rossauerlände

Absolutly wonderful location, a few steps to metro, near to the Center and very easy connection to all famous sites. Very clean, newly decorated rooms, quiet at night (despite the main road). Great for families (of four), still acceptable for six (but only very familiar people to each other).

We didn't find enough sheets for all of us! The kitchen is quite small and not equipped enough for more then simple cooking, but absolutely acceptable for our purpouse (eating out etc). The kitchen appliances (as the toaster, coffe maker) looked dirty, so we rather didn't use them. The other things were clean.

Room was big enough having good sofa and a bed in it. Kitchen was good and had all essential kitchenware. Area was peaceful and no noise during day or night time. Apartment was at the ground floor. The City center is merely 20 mins from this apartment.

During checkin we were unable to get in to the apartment. We tried to contact host on whatsapp/call but he was not reachable. Then i mailed him and he replied on email.

Proximity to underground was very useful. There are nice restaurants nearby and good supermarkets. It is spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There are 2 wifi connections so plenty of speed for everyone!

They were storing broken household items here. Not a huge deal but it was annoying figuring out the coffee machine doesn't work while you're using it. A label with "defekt" or something like that would have helped.

The internet was barely working. We tried to contact the host but he wasn’t answering. After several calls he answered, came by the apartment , stayed there for about an hour but nothing happened. We left to go for a walk and then received a message that he took the rooter to fix it. Never fixed it, never picked up the phone again after several calls. His all behaviour seem very rude and unproffecional to us.

Nice location, we did not use public transportation at all - the city center was within walking distance. There was enough space for a family of four to spread out.

The stove was missing from the kitchen. The was a hole in the countertop instead of it. It would have been nice to have a stove for cooking.

The flat was clean. Near to the metro station which was excellent.

The bed is not comfortable as regard the mattress and the pillows. We can not deal with 2 electric oven we try to use it but my wife failed

Highly recommanded accommodation.

It was good,clean and everything in it position.

When i was booking everything i could see is property's price which was 50€ ,but later on they charged me for cleaning fee(30€) which i wasnot expecting , I'm just students with limited budget and everything was planned with a specified price... now i've to compensate that(30€) from my food/Souvenirs budget or i'll have to end my trip earlier :(

Really beautiful and comfortable apartment for friends and family

Apartment was really big, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Host was really nice and helpful.

When we arrived in checkin time, unfortunately there was not anyone so we waited approximately half an hour :/

I liked the towel warmer and the good location of the apartment.

The wifi did not work at first, the towels were extremely small, the unfoldable bed was broken and the bathroom had a strange smell.

Apartment is comfortable and clean, and it is almost next to...

Apartment is comfortable and clean, and it is almost next to tram station, using transportation was easy

We did not see our host, wifi connection is really poor, we couldnt use it, and also in the apartment there is no service to use your mobile data, in other words you can not use any internet. and owners were not helpful about it.

Major lack of customer service and support.

Convenient transport facilities

Very dirty entrance with cigarette buds, leaves and litter. Staff very unfriendly and rude, no cleaning products or change of towels for a weeks stay, broken washing machines and dryer... lovely cleaners though.

Apartment in great position for public transport and restaurants. Better suited for 4 adults.

Position and proximity to train station. Size of apartment. Value for money. Prompt responses from host when we asked some questions.

The sofa beds were not very comfortable. The towels were very small. A bit too small for 5 adults. Better suited for 4 adults.

Nice apartment but without internet.

Comfortable beds and very quiet, almost didn’t notice you’re in a big city.

The wifi didn’t work, was good enough to receive messages but not good enough to send an email, check in for flights and google thingns to do/eat in Vienna. This was quite annoying as we always had to search for cafes with internet to check basic things.

In general it was a great trip for me and my family we injoyed too much
